Many thanks to you and your company. Without your wonderful products, my back would be in worse shape than it is in. Unfortunately, the Cold Packs do wear out and have to be replaced, that is why I am writing this review. I have to go shopping again, except that there are a whole lot more products to choose from.

The product is great for our patients. Our doctor is very satistied with the Felix-Pac. The olny problem I have (Office Manager) is when we receive the items one or 2 pacs are busted open
so the mess is extremly messy we had to wash and dry all of our new pacs in that box. It has happened to one of our previous orders also. There must be a way to ship these items properly.
