Swelling

Swelling is the body's natural response to physical trauma by increasing fluids to soft tissue. Whether its injury, infection, or disease, swelling is an indication that something is not right. In some cases, swelling is also another way to protect the injured area.

Swelling in itself is not really dangerous. The underlying problem is what should be of concern and treated as so. We carry many forms of cold therapy such as ice packs and body conforming cold vests and braces to reduce swelling.
